Goodland was formed around that need. The practice combines assurance thinking with hands-on engineering perspective so that findings can be understood, prioritized, and translated into durable improvement.

Founder & Principal
Robert McMoore
Robert McMoore founded Goodland Security Partners after nearly two decades working across financial services, manufacturing, and higher education. His experience spans enterprise infrastructure, hybrid Microsoft identity, network and security architecture, virtualization, storage, backup and disaster recovery, endpoint protection, monitoring, automation, and audit support.
His work has consistently occupied the space between governance and implementation: understanding what a control is intended to accomplish, determining how it behaves in a real environment, and producing evidence that leaders and technical teams can use.
Robert’s approach is collaborative, measured, and grounded in operating responsibility. He works alongside internal teams, respects the knowledge they already hold, and translates complex technical conditions into clear priorities and sustainable next steps.
